the first research content is about the architecture of the stamping die cad system . on the base of analysis of stamping dies general design process, an idef0 based functional model and a design pattern of die structure based on the hierarchical function-structure map are built . and then, the stamping die cad system architecture with software components and their interface bus is generated 在分析沖模的實(shí)際設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程和內(nèi)容的基礎(chǔ)上,建立了一個(gè)基于idef0的沖模cad系統(tǒng)功能模型,并提出了基于層次化功能-結(jié)構(gòu)單元的沖模結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)模式,綜合系統(tǒng)需要滿(mǎn)足的功能性和非功能性要求,提出并建立了一個(gè)基于構(gòu)件-接口控制總線(xiàn)模式的客車(chē)件沖模三維cad系統(tǒng)的體系結(jié)構(gòu)。
